Welcome to American First Responder Co. ("AFRCO", "we", "our", or "us"). By placing an order through our website or any of our sales channels, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All of our products are custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized. This includes, but is not limited to, leather goods, engraved items, apparel, and accessories. Due to the unique nature of these items, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a verified error or defect.

2. Final Sale Policy

All sales are considered final. Please review product descriptions, measurements, sizing, and personalization details carefully before placing your order.

3. Defects & Shop Errors

If your item arrives with a manufacturer's defect or if an error was made on your order (e.g., incorrect spelling or wrong item), please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will assess the issue and, if approved, repair or replace the item at no additional cost.

To be eligible:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging
A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After this window, materials may already be in use, and production may have started. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins.

5. Shipping & Delivery

AFRCO is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier after your order has been shipped. Tracking information will be provided. For shipping issues, please contact the carrier first. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us.

6. Turnaround Time

Production times vary by product and are listed in each item but are typically 2-3 weeks for custom, personalized items. If you need a rush order, please contact us before placing your order—rush services may be available for an additional fee.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalization details, product selections, and shipping information are correct at checkout. AFRCO is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, product images, and content on this site are the intellectual property of AFRCO and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.

9. Pricing & Availability

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without liability.

Return and Refund Policy

Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are considered final due to the custom, made-to-order, or personalized nature of our products. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is an error on our part.

If your item arrives with a manufacturer's defect, please notify AFRCO within 14 days of receipt. We will gladly repair and return the item to you at no additional cost.

To ensure the best fit, we strongly recommend reviewing all sizes and measurements carefully before placing your order.
