SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES

In-Stock Items Orders with no customization typically ship within 3–4 business days.
Custom or Made-to-Order Items Custom items usually ship within 1–2 weeks of your order date. Each item is handmade and built to last — thank you for your patience!
Rush Orders Need your custom item sooner? Contact us before placing your order. We may be able to expedite it for a $40 rush fee. Please do not purchase expedited service without prior approval.

International Orders – Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the U.S., including Canada, please note:
Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery.

We do not pre-pay or collect these fees at checkout, and they vary depending on the destination country's regulations. For more information, please contact your local customs office.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Non-Custom Items (In-Stock Products) You may return unused, non-customized items within 14 days of delivery, but you must:
  • Contact us first via email for return authorization.
  • Return the item in new, unused condition.
A 10% restocking fee applies. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return or exchange.
Custom & Personalized Items All custom orders are non-returnable unless the error is on our end. If we made a mistake (like a spelling or engraving error), we’ll fix or replace it at no charge, including return and re-shipping costs. Please reach out to us within 7 days.

LIMITED WARRANTY

We proudly stand behind our work.
Every item comes with a limited workmanship warranty. This covers defects in craftsmanship that impact use. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by others (e.g., water, excessive heat, crushing, or unauthorized modifications).
If you believe there’s a workmanship issue, contact us with a photo and your order number — we’ll take care of it.
