Terms of Service

By purchasing from American First Responder Co, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Handmade Products

All products are handmade and may contain slight variations in:

  • Leather grain
  • Dye shade
  • Stitching
  • Finish
  • Hardware appearance

These variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate personalization information
  • Reviewing spelling and customization details before submitting an order
  • Selecting correct product options and sizing

American First Responder Co is not responsible for customer-submitted spelling errors or incorrect order selections once production has begun.

Processing Times

Most products are made to order. Current turnaround times are estimated at:

  • 2–4 weeks before shipment

Shipping carrier delays are outside of our control once orders are shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • Returns are only accepted for verified shop errors or defects
  • We do not accept returns for personalized/custom items due to buyer preference changes

Intellectual Property

All product photos, logos, designs, and content are property of American First Responder Co and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
