At American First Responder Co, all products are handmade and many items are custom made or personalized specifically for each customer.
Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for:
- Personalized items
- Custom-made items
- Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
- Color or customization preferences chosen at checkout
If there is an issue caused by our shop, such as:
- Incorrect personalization
- Wrong item sent
- Manufacturing defect
- Damage caused during production
please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can review and work toward a resolution.
Approved resolutions may include:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Refund at our discretion
Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization details and shipping information when placing an order.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in leather, dye color, stitching, and finish may occur and are not considered defects.
